Start-ups and innovative and renewing companies in the world in general, and in the Arab world in particular, face many challenges, perhaps the most important of which are competition, financing, labour, marketing, scalability and development, coping with an evolving market, and continuous updating.
To support this type of initiative, emerging and advanced economies must promote exchange, networking and discussion to provide an enabling environment for young people to take risks, be creative, and find solutions to the challenges they face.
Based on the "ALECSO Future Action Plan 2023 - 2028", which stipulates "contributing to encouraging and supporting talented Arab researchers and innovators" and "benefiting from distinguished international experiences in scientific development and technological progress, exchanging researchers among Arab countries, and drawing on Arab scientists living abroad", the Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization seeks, through this project, to contribute to supporting creativity and innovation among Arab youth by connecting talents, especially expatriate ones, with start-ups and innovative and renewing companies through creating a partnership between the world of technology and the world of entrepreneurship, to learn from those who have achieved successes in the field of entrepreneurship, information and communication technology, and other innovative and renewing fields, and to get acquainted with the "important and influential people", Arab and international experts, and our scientists abroad from communities, major companies, institutions, cities, and non-governmental organizations selected according to the needs of Arab countries and their priority fields, in order to develop new partnerships, stimulate start-ups, and create an environment that helps generate new lines of thinking.
These meetings, held in a comfortable and friendly environment focused on entrepreneurs, would help young people refine their skills and learn best practices to develop their work and build relationships with other entrepreneurs as a source of inspiration, guidance and advice to keep pushing towards success. These events also enable connecting with inspiring entrepreneurs to exchange practical knowledge and find new supportive networks through the experience and network they built and developed throughout their working lives.
