Recent decades have witnessed astonishing development in scientific publishing techniques and tools. Journals have developed traditions of hosting research and gathering writers and researchers around them, so that a journal becomes a venerable intellectual institution. Editorial and advisory boards play a role in the continuity of these journals and the regularity of their publication, in calibrating research, setting the conditions for writing in them, controlling the technical aspects of their editing and their conformity to international standards and specifications and other publishing conditions, ensuring the soundness of the scientific method and its results, and distinguishing those with good scientific contributions from others. The Arab Journal of Culture represents a cultural institution whose role is no less important than that of any other cultural institution. The Organization is keen for this journal, which is published twice a year, to be among the cultural journals renowned at the Arab and international levels, and for its content to embody what the notion of a cultural journal implies, being a journal that contributes, through the publication of the results of peer-reviewed studies and research on culture and heritage and their theoretical and applied fields, to valuing the Arab cultural heritage and highlighting the numerous and varied treasures and gems it contains, presenting the latest studies and research and their results to the Arab reader and to the world, and laying the foundation for a constructive dialogue between Arab culture and human cultures
