A trilateral agreement was signed on February 19, 2025, at the headquarters of ALECSO, for the operating of the Classera Smart E-Learning System in educational institutions falling under the Ministry of Education of the State of Libya.
The signing ceremony was attended by H.E. Dr. Mohamed Ould Amar, Director-General of ALECSO, H.E. Dr. Musa Mohammed Al-Maqrif, Minister of Education of Libya, and Eng. Mahmoud Al-Jabri, Director of Strategic Partnerships at Classera.
This Agreement comes as part of the “Digital Solidarity: Learning and Education Internet-Connected Computer Devices for All” initiative, launched by ALECSO to support digital transformation in Arab countries. It aims to provide a modern and inclusive digital learning environment for approximately 2.25 million students in Libyan public schools, through a smart educational platform that supports various aspects of the educational process.
The Agreement emphasizes the importance of cooperation between ALECSO, the Libyan Ministry of Education, and Classera to enhance e-learning in Libyan educational institutions and develop the digital infrastructure of the education sector in a way that helps align with global digital transformation trends.
