Professor Dr. Mohamed Ghachi, President of Mohammed V University in Rabat, in the presence of Professor Dr. Abderrahmane Amkour, Secretary-General of the University, received a delegation from the Bureau for the Coordination of Arabization affiliated with the Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO), headed by Professor Dr. Mourad Rifi, Director of the Bureau, and comprising Dr. Meria Chouyakh, along with Dr. Amina El Yamlahi, representative of the Moroccan Association for Lexical Studies.

During the meeting, the University President affirmed the institution's openness to all forms of cooperation that enhance the standing of the Arabic language and support scientific and intellectual research, pointing to the University's full readiness to activate a fruitful partnership with the Bureau, in a way that achieves common goals and consolidates the presence of the Arabic language within universities.

For his part, Professor Dr. Mourad Rifi presented a comprehensive overview of the journey of the Bureau for the Coordination of Arabization and its prominent achievements, especially in producing specialized dictionaries and standardizing scientific and civilizational terminology, highlighting the complementarity between the Bureau's efforts and academic institutions to keep pace with the rapid scientific developments.

Professor Dr. Mohamed Ghachi praised the efforts made by the Organization in developing Arabization mechanisms and modern lexical research, affirming the importance of building strong bridges of academic cooperation. He welcomed the start of cooperation with the Bureau through the symposium honoring the eminent scholar Abdelghani Abou El Azm, which will be organized at the end of March 2026 in partnership with the Moroccan Association for Lexical Studies.
