ALECSO Director-General and Saudi Ambassador Discuss Prospects for Joint Cooperation

H.E. Dr. Mohamed Ould Amar, Director-General of ALECSO, met, on November 20, 2025 at the Saudi Embassy in Tunis, with H.E. Dr. Abdulaziz bin Ali Al-Saqr, Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the Republic of Tunisia.
The meeting explored ways of strengthening joint cooperation and shared initiatives in the fields of education, culture, and science, in a manner that promotes joint Arab action and enhances regional programs overseen by ALECSO.
The Saudi Ambassador expressed the Kingdom’s keenness to further strengthen cooperation with ALECSO. For his part, the Director-General commended Saudi Arabia’s continued support to ALECSO, as well as the significant level of partnership between the two sides. He reaffirmed ALECSO’s readiness to expand areas of cooperation and implement further joint projects that serve sustainable development in Arab countries.
