Dr. Mohamed Ould Amar, Director-General of ALECSO, met, on January 15, 2025, with the Minister of Youth and Culture of the Republic of Djibouti, H.E. Ms. Hibo Moumin Assoweh.
The meeting discussed cooperation between ALECSO and the Republic of Djibouti in the cultural field.
