The Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (Education Department) took part in the 4th Forum for Arab School Sports Officials, convened on August 17-24, 2025 in Amman, Jordan. The Forum took place on the sidelines of the Arab School Sports Championship, held under the patronage of HRH Prince Faisal bin Al Hussein.

The Forum served as a scientific platform designed to promote greater alignment with the aspirations of the Arab School Sports Federation. It particularly sought to bring about a qualitative leap in the integration of students with disabilities, by offering them diverse opportunities to participate in school sports activities.

The Forum covered the following key themes:

• Modern trends in disability issues;
• Joint school sports programs and activities for students with disabilities
• Rehabilitation for students with disabilities
• Technical aspects and the use of artificial intelligence in integration programs

ALECSO’s participation in this significant event falls within the framework of the Cooperation Agreement signed with the Arab Union for Physical Education and School Sports in January 2025,  aimed at strengthening national efforts in supporting individuals with disabilities. ALECSO’s involvement also aligns with its initiatives designed to promote inclusive education.
