Providing targeted support to Arab communities through education and training to enable them to achieve sustainable development, and to attain sustainable economic and environmental improvements.

Objectives

  • Providing educational and advisory services to raise environmental awareness and promote sustainable development.
  • Enhancing skills through training in sustainable agriculture, heritage crafts, and renewable energy.
  • Supporting sustainable projects and strengthening partnerships for the exchange of knowledge and technology.

  • Improving living conditions in the targeted communities.

  • Increasing job opportunities and promoting entrepreneurship.

Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organisation

The Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO) is the mother of specialized Arab organizations and the oldest. It was established on July 25, 1970, following the approval of the Arab Cultural Unity Charter in Baghdad in April 1964.
