The Director-General of the Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO) received, on March 30, 2026, at the Organization’s headquarters, an official delegation headed by Dr. Mohamed Yahya Al-Saaid, Director-General of Mauritania’s National School of Administration, Journalism and Magistracy, along with his accompanying delegation.

At the outset of the meeting, the Director-General warmly welcomed the guests, commending the visit as an important step toward further strengthening cooperation with Arab academic institutions and promoting the exchange of expertise in areas of mutual interest.

The meeting was attended by the Directors of ALECSO’s technical departments. On this occasion, a brief presentation was delivered highlighting the Organization’s key activities, major projects, and its pivotal role in the fields of education, culture, and science.

For his part, Dr. Mohamed Yahya Al-Saaid expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation for the warm reception and generous hospitality. He commended ALECSO’s role as a leading hub of expertise, emphasizing the value of its experience in supporting the development of institutional work.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the Director-General presented Dr. Mohamed Yahya Al-Saaid with the “ALECSO Shield”.
