Enhancing the presence of the Arabic language locally, regionally and internationally, developing methods of teaching it, enriching Arabic digital content, and expanding dictionaries, terminology, translation, authorship and publishing in the Arabic language.

Renewing Arab educational and pedagogical systems, enabling them to keep pace with the times, and linking their outputs to the requirements of the labour market and new professions.

Developing scientific studies and research and harnessing them to serve sustainable and inclusive development in the Arab States.

Responding to the most in-need groups, especially: • Persons with disabilities • Women and girls • Youth • Victims of wars and conflicts • Those affected by emergency crises so as to guarantee their rights to education, security and a dignified life.

Spreading a culture of moderation, centrism and acceptance of others, promoting citizenship, advancing joint Arab cultural work, supporting Arab cultural unity, protecting tangible and intangible heritage, and encouraging dialogue with other civilizations and cultures.
