On the sidelines of the 14th  ALECSO Conference of Arab Education Ministers, H.E. Dr. Mohamed Ould Amar, Director-General of ALECSO, met, on January 6, 2025,  with H.E. Mrs. Lolwah bint Rashid bin Mohammed Al Khater, Minister of Education and Higher Education of the State of Qatar.

The Director-General seized this opportunity to express his gratitude to the Minister for Qatar’s hosting of the Conference and for providing the opportunity for this meeting. 

For her part, the Minister expressed her thanks to the Director-General, and expressed the Ministry’s readiness to scale up cooperation with ALECSO, as well as to support the efforts of several countries for the empowerment and promotion of the Arabic language.
