On the sidelines of the MENAFRICA Digital Summit 2025,  Dr. Moez Chafra, President of the University of Tunis El-Manar, chaired a ceremony, on May 15, 2025, to honor H.E. Dr. Mohamed Ould Amar, Director-General of ALECSO, in recognition of his dedicated and active contribution to the field of digital transformation, an area where ALECSO is playing a significant and impactful role.

Attendees commended ALECSO’s achievements in digital transformation, AI, and scientific research, all of which being top priorities in ALECSO’s Action Plan for 2023–2028.

It is worth recalling that ALECSO has a cooperation agreement with the University of Tunis El-Manar, further strengthened with the establishment of the ALECSO Chair for Commercial Arbitration.
