A glossary of Covid-19 terms (English-French-Arabic)
The Arab Organization for Education, Culture and Science and its competent body, the Arabization Coordination Office in Rabat, issued a glossary of Covid-19 terms (English - French - Arabic); The issuance of this dictionary seeks three goals: - Contributing to the unification of the terminology related to the Coronavirus at the Arab level. - Monitoring the most prominent terms related to the Coronavirus and Covid-19 disease from scientific articles, specialized websites, and medical journals, and classifying them according to the methodology adopted in developing unified dictionaries; The Arabic term came along with its English and French counterparts, accompanied by a brief explanation of the meaning. - Developing a specialized dictionary for those interested in the health and epidemiological field, enabling them to use a unified terminological tool. The following contributed to the preparation of this initial version of the Covid-19 glossary of terms: Iman Kamel Al-Nasr - Idris Qasimi - Lina Idrissi Mellouli - Mariah Al-Shuyyakh - Abdel Hamid Al-Ashqari Al-Bakduri - under the supervision of Dr. Abdel Fattah Al-Hakmari, Director of the Office. The prepared team of interested researchers requests, where appropriate, their comments and opinions to be taken into consideration in subsequent editions. The dictionary includes 188 entries in the three languages: Arabic, French, and English, and includes an accompanying Arabic and French index.
