State of Libya
Libya is an Arab country located in North Africa, bordered by the Mediterranean Sea to the north, Egypt to the east, Sudan to the southeast, Chad and Niger to the south, and Algeria and Tunisia to the west. Its area is approximately 1.8 million square kilometers. Libya is the fourth largest country by area in Africa and the Arab world, and ranks 17th among the largest countries in the world by area.
